I have been searching for a set of strings to fit my Fender Jaguar Baritone Custom, which is quite close to a Bass VI except a little shorter on the neck length. Fender abandoned their own product and stopped making/selling strings to fit. I have been on the search for two and a half years and finally found a set that I didn't have to do surgery on. D'addario didn't work even though they are also small ball because they are too long. These strings fit, play, and sound awesome.

For my new custom 6-string bass!

I recently put together a 6-string bass using a 30" scale Danelectro neck and a Vinnie Bell Coral Firefly body. Needless to say, none of the local music stores had the proper strings in stock.
Juststrings.com not only had the right strings in stock, they were reasonably priced as well! My bass sounds totally badass and there is nothing else like it on the planet!
My only complaint are that the strings were of inconsistent lengths and a couple just barely fit completely stretched out with about 1.5 turns on the tuner. Hey, they fit anyway!

EB 2837 strings

These are the #1 strings for a Dano Baritone/6SB. These will fit the Dano "Baritone" tuners and bridges for those who like the painted headstock and want the E-E tuning. Duane Eddy, lookout!
