Ball End Nylon Strings

I had the same problem. 1st E string pulled through the ball. I took a steel string ball, pushed the nylon string through, made a loop pushed the end back through, around the "ball" and into the first loop. Pull the string tight. That works for me!

still a good string but... I have problems with the 1st string (E) pulling out of the ball end. Gone thru a number of E's. Otherwise, they sound great.

Read about these in Acoustic Guitar Mag a few years ago - have been using them ever since. Great string and they last. Good sound and sustain. I use them on a Taylor Custom Nylon

tried these strings on my seagull and was disappointed with tone quality and their inability to stay in tune. they may work better on a classical guitar.

Feels great and sounds even better. Drop tuned adds nice deep tones for 'acoustic metal' style.
