V Picks
November 8, 2015
These are best mandolin picks I have ever played. They produce wonderful, clear and dynamic sound. You can get a lot of gain, or you may choose a light touch. They never slip-- the substance heats up and adheres to my fingers (near as I can tell, though I am not a scientist). I love these picks and am ordering more. I thought I had lost the one I have and I was panicked. My gigging won't be the same without my V Pick, Large, Light. I only wish I could get this one in red or blue because I fear losing these wonderful picks!

v-pick lg 1.5

Okay, I like a big pick. But nothing great, certainly not for the price. I lent is to a guy at a party, he played lead while I played rhythm. He dropped it a couple of times, so much for sticking to your hand, and being clear it took 10 minutes to find it on the floor.

A Scam!!

I bought one of these picks because of the hype about the "gripping technology" and the"no more fatigue" thing. Bull Crap! These things are cheap acrylic picks with no discernible tonal superiority over any other cheap plastic pick. I feel violated spending more than about a dime on this thing. Go to any Home Depot and buy yourself a sheet of acrylic for about 5 bucks and make a few hundred for yourself. These things suck badly.
Bright, snappy, big tone. This pick will put you on top of the band! Great for acoustic and electric players. Also popular with mandolin players. Has no flex but still has a thin feel. Very good grip, easy to hold on to. This is a very popular V-Pick. Ronny North LOVES this V-Pick! 1.5mm thick.
