I've tried several different brands of strings, usually opting for pure nickel. I used GHS nickel rockers for a long time and then settled on DR pure blues, both in 10's. I've wondered about the TI Sliders for a couple years, but passed due the extra price. I've recently been going for a cleaner strat tone and looked thru these reviews and decided to give these a try in 9's. I must say that I'm really liking what I hear so far. Very warm like the DR's, but more harmonically musical in a subtle, but noticeable way. I have an older G&L George Fullerton that I've switched out the zinc tremolo block and zinc saddles for vintage style steel, and these strings seem to be the icing on the cake as far as bringing out the musicality of the instrument. According to other reviews, these strings last a very long time. If so, definitely worth the price!

Have used the acoustic strings from your company for about a year and loved them so being a slide guitar player, I got a set of these for my 63 Strat.

They tuned up very quickly after installing them and play so clean and tuneful for chords on low and medium volume. I play through 3 amps at once. 67 50 watt Marshal w/4 x 12, Vibro King with the 2 x 12 ext. cab, and a Schoeder DB7 through 2 x12. Played all my stuff. Clapton, Hendrix, Page, Duane. Very nice strings. Great for slide guitar. The glass just sings with these.

Best sounding new electric guitar strings I have tried in 42 years of playing guitar.

Going to try them on my 59 Les Paul as soon as the strings I ordered today arrive.

I use these strings on my real 62 strat and am very satisfied. I've used other strings with it and they sound unbalanced due to staggered pole piece on the G string. This set cancels that problem.

I have a slight case of carpel tunnel syndrome in my left hand and heavy strings just aggravate it very quickly. I have to use very light strings to be able to play for more than a few minutes. These strings allow me to play up to an hour every day without much sacrifice in tone. They can't be beat.

I have only used these strings on my Stratocasters for at least 5 years now. I play blues/Hendrix/SRV/Trower/Classic rock... and these strings sound and FEEL Great! I bend strings alot, and really love the 009/012/015 strings on the SL109 set. Perfect! .003 increments work awesome for my bending on the first 3 strings! These strings DO NOT BREAK!! My number one strat has had a set on for at least 7 months with not one breaking. I do use a graphite nut, and Ferraglide saddles, of course that helps.

My band mates are like in shock when a string breaks, cuz it like hardly ever happens ,lol. Just order these, or if you like to tune down a full step like Robin Trower does these days, get the bigger SL110's. My guitar sings with these! Rock on brothers!
