Infeld Superalloy Strings

For a set of 9's, these things have very high tension. The tone, harmonics, clarity and punch are excellent. The texture is very "smooth" as advertised. As to long lasting, I can not attest to that as I broke two strings in one stroke 5 days into using the strings. An A and a D string no less! I play pretty hard at times but this hasn't happened to me since 1982. The combination of high tension and apparent fragility will keep me from buying any more of these strings. They may serve perfectly for someone with a lighter touch.
