Wonderful Strings

These strings make a 12 string sound like an entirely different type of instrument.

Not worth the price in my opinion. The silking deadens the sound as it starts before you get to the tuners with the string and the bare string does not touch the tuners, thereby reducing sound vibration transmission. This may be fine on older 12's but newer ones lose volume dramatically from the flatwound strings. I was hoping to eliminate finger squeak with the flat wounds but not at the expense of volume and tone. There is nothing on the website or package to inform you of this difference.

Great strings, I use them on my Taylor 9 string and they have a mellow sound.
I use Plectrum on all my guitars (6, 9. & 12) because of the ease of playability (using barre chords especially).

Excellent strings...easy to play, keep in tune. Somewhat softer sound, which is what I wanted.

I have used these same strings previously on a Morris B50-12.

I will probably try them on some of my 6 string acoustic guitars as well.
