Awesome size blend
November 8, 2019
I use these strings on several of my Carvin-Kiesel guitars. The half size on the 1st & 2nd strings is perfect, light enough to bend easily with still enough size to ring out well. Amazing for 'whining woman' tone, great sustain. Whether on my all-walnut Bolt, or my mahogany & walnut California Single, these strings work wonderfully well and deliver the tones I look for, as I am a bluesy-boogie-early RnR tone player. From pinched harmonica to pick-edge grit, these strings respond accordingly.
ProsThey Stay In Tune like the name says, tune up well, consistent pack to pack, last well, feel great under the fingers, respond how I like.

Power Wound Nickel 9.5

This gauge is perfect for me. I have been using Boomers and D'Addario in the past and found these at a cheaper price. They are quite bright with a flexible feel, bends are nice and smooth. I like them a lot so far. To soon to comment on how long they last.

Great solution for anyone having trouble with the .009 or .010 decision. They're a perfect fit for me. They bend easily, but not too much for heavy handed rhythm players like myself. I'm sold on S I T strings.

SIT Stings

SIT 9.544 Rock Light are the best strings ever. I put 10's on my Gibson's but I use these Rock Light's on all other's including my Yamaha Pacifica. What a lethal combination. Thx SIT and just strings!
