Absolutely the best strings I have found for my HD-28; twice the playing tonal sound of any other strings on the market.

I treated myself to some Pyramid strings after Christmas to try on my 1977 Yamaha FG 180. Two months out and I'm impressed, solid balanced tone. They have made guitar sound better than ever. I use NEWTONE for the most part and they are a great string, but for the FG 180 the Pyramid brings out the best it has to offer.

I have used Pyramid strings for about 3 years, they are the only acoustic strings i will use they bring out the best in all my acoustic guitars. They have a bright sound and last longer than other strings.

I have been using Pyramid strings for about 6 years now. They simply out perform all others that I have tried. They sound best when played LOUD and they bring out all the tone your guitar can produce. When I do a pure acoustic gig it is usually for 50-100 people. These strings can keep up with the power of my voice. They can hear my guitar and voice all the way in the back row. They last twice as long as anything else. Pyramid is all I use anymore.

I am a huge fan of the electric strings manufactured by Pyramid and will never buy any other....... "But" these didn't really stand out in my opinion . I am not a big acoustic player so I couldn't tell a tonal difference from the John Pearse or Newtone strings. but they did sound great and I will continue to use them.

I've been using these strings ever since a friend spoke of them some five or six years ago. Pyramids are by far the best strings I've ever used in my 40 plus years of playing. I use them on my two Martins, both old ones, and they really bring out the best in them. Articulate definition from low to high as well as a wonderful richness is probably the best way to describe them. And they last as long or longer than any others. Pyramids are hard to find, available rarely in shops. But they are worth hunting for and the price.
