I like to finger these things we call strings,
I like the way my instrument sings,
I do not like them from afar,
I would not put them on my car,
I like the guidance Just Strings gives,
it makes me happy where I live.
I put them carefully on my Bass,
I play it sitting on my Ace.

Great feel Courier pigeons on strike, conventional shipping costs more than a bucket full of bird seed.

I've been using GHS flatwounds since the 80's; I use them on all my basses; short scale, medium scale and long scale.
GHS sound and feel similar to the way I remember Fender flatwounds did in the 70's.

Nice and smooth with a 60's and 70's tone.

Very Warm !

I own 4 Hofner 500/1 basses, and have been playing over 40 years. I have tried every brand over the years . These are the best strings I have ever used except for the original Hofner brand (red felt) over 20 years ago. These strings are warm as soon as they are installed ! After a few weeks they are perfect ! Probably the most evenly balanced set in regards to gauge for the Hofner bass . The people at Just Strings are great, and the customer service is the best !

Great Sound, Great feel , Great intonation , Very warm 60's Hofner sound . Makes the Hofner bass sound the way it was intended to sound. If you want a bright sound,this is NOT the string for you. If you want a warm thud,with some sustain,these are the strings ! None

This is the first time I've used these strings for Bass Guitar and they work very well on my Guild medium scale AEB .

I'll be using these on this instrument for a while as the Chromes and LaBella's I tried just didn't quite work as well as they do on other instruments , although they are fine strings.

GHS bass guitar flatwound strings offer a traditionally deep and warm tone due to the unique cross-winding manufacturing process. The stainless steel flat wrap is made of highly magnetic material to optimize volume, output and strength.
