Good Strings
September 28, 2020
These are good strings!
What puzzles me is why Just Strings is asking me for a review on a product I bought almost FOUR months ago...
The prices are good at Just strings and delivery is always prompt.
And there are a lot of people who don't order from Just Strings who really should.
Most of those people actually play stringed instruments, so there ya go...how convenient
I can't wait for the next four months to pass when this review is finally read.
I hope everyone has a good day and that hopefully, someone will use their used strings to floss their pet giraffe's teeth

Did not suit the bass
September 27, 2019
At first, the strings sounded bright and felt right, but after 2 weeks, it turned out that they were not suitable for the Bass. The Bass guitar was just after set-up, but the neck started to bend 2 weeks after I've put the strings. The.045 put a strain on the neck. I had to remove them and buy others, .040. Unfortunately, nobody wants to buy them or to get them for free...
sound bright too thick for that bass

Classic Strings
August 29, 2013
In 40 years of playing I have used everything from custom boutique strings to the latest trendy thing (cryogenic steel, balance tension, exotic coatings etc) I have been a regular for Rotosound, D'Addario GHS DR Ernie Ball etc....
These Fender nickel strings are the "sure thing" for classic tone and playability. Keep coming back to them after trying the "next thing" and I am back again!

Nice bright tone that with time becomes very round. They last longer than any nickel plated strings I have ever bought. Sounds perfect on my '75 JAZZ Bass

Super Bass 7250's

"The "high-octane" nickel-plated steel strings for your bass. With a pure steel wrap, the magnets in your pickups use the whole string (not just the core) and transform the energy into high output bursts of sound. The nickel plating enhances feel and reduces "string squeak" and fret wear without compromising tone. We use them exclusively on our U.S. Vintage Series basses built in Corona, CA. Offered in 4-, 5- or 6- string versions, these are our most popular bass strings."
