Slinky M-Steel
Slinky M-Steel strings are Ernie Ball’s loudest strings. M-Steel, short for Maraging Steel, is a super alloy that when used for the string’s hexagonal core wire and wrapped with their patented super cobalt alloy wire produces a richer, fuller tone with powerful lower end response and overall output. M-Steel plain strings are a specially tempered steel for maximum strength and tone life. Each plain steel string has a patented winding of steel around the ball end that reduces slippage, breakage and stays in tune better than conventional plain strings.
