I heard about these strings from a Ray Wylie Hubbard song. This website is the only place I’ve been able to find them and I’ll tell you after playing for over 20 years now, and I have found my strings. These are the only ones I put on my acoustic now period. The tone is awesome the feel of them is great.

Black Diamond Silverplated Wound strings

I thought I'd try something new. So I bought a set of the silverplated strings. Black Diamond makes very good strings, so if this is an indication of what silverplated sounds like, STAY AWAY! Most disappointing sound ever! Very flat dead sound. Don't waste your money on these.
