I used to love these strings but the latest batch I got were horrible

These used to be my favorite strings, I'd used them for years. Recently I purchased four sets. The strings now have a lot of noise, buzz, and feel cheap. All four high E strings broke within days of use (different guitars, not the same issue on one guitar), leaving me with four partial sets I have no use for.

Sad that the quality has gone so far down, I won't be using these anymore.

Black Diamond Strings

I pulled out my old Les Paul to get it up and running again. I used to use Black Diamond strings on it back in the day so that is what I ordered. The sound and feel is great. But after about a week the high E string started to lose tension. I first though it was the tuning peg or maybe something with the bridge, when I tried tightening it again the ball popped off the end of the string. The other five strings are doing great. I only got one set, guess I'll have to order another. Unless, hint, hint, Black Diamond will replace the defective string.
Great sound and feel One of my strings broke after about a week

Black Diamond Electric Nickel Wound 10-46

I have been playing guitar since 1965 and these strings are by far the best sounding, longest lasting strings on the market next to coated strings, which i despise. I don't sweat at all when playing so i don't need to alter my tone with coatings. Sure I have tried every brand out there and for a long time used D'Addario and Gibson Brite Wires which are both good strings but for the money and the lasting properties of these Black Diamond strings, I can't find a better value. Even tried those expensive brands thinking they would be better for the price but I was wrong. They are good but not worth the price compared to these. I play out almost every weekend and these strings have never let me down. Try them just once and you will see what I mean.
