First Class Mail - US$6.95 For Any Size Order. (Packages over 13oz. Ship via Priority Mail) Tracking and Delivery Confirmation Service is included for all destinations in the USA. A Signature is Not required. United States Postal Service Delivery to USA (includes APO, FPO) and Canadian destinations only. Shipments are made either by United States Postal Service First Class Mail or by Priority Mail depending upon weight. Transit time for this method of shipment is usually in the range of two to five working days. The average transit time is 2.4 working days. For truly time-critical requirements, we would suggest shipment via Express Mail. Add shipping lead-time (see below) to estimate total delivery time. Shipping and Handling charges are considered a "flat rate" for any size order. Customers will be charged at the time of shipment for the products that are shipped and there will be no additional shipping charges for items that are backordered and shipped separately. Orders placed by any method other than online through the site (telephone, fax, mail, email) are not subject to the standard Internet discount for shipping & handling and are US$11.95 for any size order.
UPS Ground – US$10.95 For Any Size Order
United Parcel Service Ground Delivery to continental USA destinations only. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. Transit time for this method of shipment is usually in the range of one to seven working days. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, except for Federal holidays. For truly time-critical requirements, we would suggest shipment via Express Mail. Add shipping lead-time (see below) to estimate total delivery time. Shipping and Handling charges are considered a "flat rate" for any size order. Customers will be charged at the time of shipment for the products that are shipped and there will be no additional shipping charges for items that are backordered and shipped separately. Orders placed by any method other than online through the site (telephone, fax, mail, email) are not subject to the standard Internet discount for shipping & handling and are US$15.95 for any size order.
Express Mail - US$23.95 For Any Size Order
United States Postal Service Overnight Delivery to most USA and Canadian destinations (second day for some rural locations). Add shipping lead-time (see below) to estimate total delivery time. Canadian Customs processing may add some additional delay. Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday. A customer signature is not required unless specifically requested otherwise. Shipping and Handling charges are considered a "flat rate" for any size order. Customers will be charged at the time of shipment for the products that are shipped and there will be no additional shipping charges for items that are backordered and shipped separately. Second or third shipments will be shipped via United States Postal Service First Class Mail or Priority Mail. If you need more specific information about estimated delivery time, please call us at 603.673.1104 during our regular business hours (see below). Orders placed by any method other than online through the site (telephone, fax, mail, email) are not subject to the standard Internet discount for shipping & handling and are US$28.95 for any size order.
International Express Mail - US$40.00 For Any Size Order*
*Very large orders may involve additional shipping charges. Customers will be contacted by email in the event that additional shipping charges may apply. United States Postal Service International Express Mail Delivery to locations outside USA and Canada. Shipments are made with tracking number provided. A customer signature is required. Shipping and Handling charges are considered a "flat rate" for any size order. All International Express Mail shipments will be made complete with no backorders. Some countries outside of the United States may charge customs, or import taxes. Customers are solely responsible for any customs or import taxes which may be incurred. JustStrings.com does not have any method available for obtaining specific information about customs, or import taxes and we encourage customers to check with their local authorities before placing an order. Refunds are not available for customers who choose not to pick up their order due to customs, import taxes, or related issues. Due to insurance and tracking limitations, Surface Mail and Standard Air Mail are not available for shipments outside the USA and Canada. Orders placed by any method other than online through the site (telephone, fax, mail, email) are not subject to the standard Internet discount for shipping & handling and are US$45.00 for any size order.
In-Store Pickup - No Charge For Any Size Order
Orders placed online can be processed for pickup at our facility in Milford, New Hampshire. Customers will be notified by email when their order is ready. Pickups can be made during our regular business hours (see below). There is a $5.00 re-stocking charge for orders not picked up within 30 days of processing. Orders placed for In-Store pickup by any method other than online through the site (telephone, fax, mail, email) are not subject to the standard Internet discount for shipping & handling and are US$5.00 for any size order.

Returns and Warranty Policy - A full refund is available (less Shipping & Handling) for unopened merchandise in resalable condition that is returned within thirty days of the original invoice. Merchandise is not eligible for return after a period of thirty days from the original invoice. Opened or used merchandise cannot be returned. All warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturers of the products.
Payment Methods - We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Optima, or Email Gift Certificate. To use your gift certificate, add items you want to buy to your shopping cart. At checkout time, simply enter your gift certificate code in the appropriate box. If the amount of the gift certificate covers the cost of your order, you don't need to enter your credit card information. However, if the gift certificate amount doesn't cover your entire order, you will be required to pay the remaining balance by credit card.
