These Gift Certificates are delivered to the recipient via email and can be easily redeemed online. If you would like a gift message sent with the Email Gift Certificate, please include the text of the message in the "Comments" section during checkout. Please allow one to two business days for the Email Gift Certificate to be sent to the recipient.
To use an Email Gift Certificate, the recipient adds items that they want to buy into their shopping cart. At checkout time, they simply enter the Gift Certificate code in the appropriate box. The remaining balance of the Gift Certificate is shown after each use and there are no expiration dates or time limitations.
Normally, JustStrings.com sends the Email Gift Certificate directly to the recipient. However, each Gift Certificate has a unique code and is fully transferable. This means that alternatively, you can purchase an Email Gift Certificate for yourself and then copy the code into an email that you send to the recipient. This gives you the ability to create your own gift mailing and precisely control the appearance as well as the timing of the delivery. If you want to deliver the gift in an envelope, you can print it out on paper.
When placing an order for Email Gift Certificates, you may only include one or more Gift Certificates and a single recipient on the order. There are no Shipping & Handling charges when you purchase Gift Certificates.
