Dean Markley PhosBronze™ Acoustic
"Different guitars respond differently to different alloys. Some sound better with Bronze, some sound better with PhosBronze™. If you want a lot of power and punch, with lots of midrange and highs, or your guitar’s top needs extra punch to project, try a couple of different gauges to find just the right gauge for your guitar. PhosBronze™ is powerful and very bright while still having a smooth low end. PhosBronze™ comes factory equipped on many acoustics.

Dean Markley Acoustic Guitar Phosphor Bronze XL, .010 - .048, 2062A2Bill McCurdieOctober 11, 2009I've been using D'Addario phosphor bronze strings on my acoustic for 10+ years. Figured I'd try some other brands just for a change. The Dean Markley strings I put on don't stay in tune from day to day as opposed to the D'Addario strings which once set, vary little. The tension also seems a bit high compared to D'Addario strings. |
