Dean Markley Acoustic Alchemy Gold Phosphor, .013 - .056, 20485JoshAugust 14, 2009These strings are great! I never thought I'd use this phrase before, but these strings are beautiful! The coating is gorgeous. Once that coating rubs off [about 1 week, in my experience] you'll want to keep them clean with a cloth, trust me, they'll still sound amazing, but you don't want to have gunk all under your fingers, do you? And that gross rusty feeling you get when you slide??? At most I got about 3 months of life out of these. Overall great strings, pricey, but so are Elixirs, and they suck next to these. |
