D'Angelico Classical Guitar Strings

John D'Angelico, a luthier from New York City, was renowned for his handmade mandolins and archtop guitars that are popular among jazz musicians. As part of a history of craftsmanship dating back to the early 1900s, we have the D'Angelico classical guitar strings. These top-of-the-line strings are made for classical instruments, available with silver-plated or brass-wound wrappings. Our ball end brass-wound strings are high-tension with clear trebles. We also carry tie end brass-wound, high-tension strings, also with clear treble strings. Traditionally, plain tie ends are more widely used on classical instruments, though some people might prefer the convenience of ball end strings. Our D'Angelico Flamenco Guitar strings are silver-plated for added brightness and are designed for flamenco style playing. They come in a set of 7 strings, which includes an extra 4th (D) string. These also feature black super treble strings. The Super-Classics are also silver-plated strings with high-tension, and these have clear trebles.
