Returns and Warranty Policy
As noted in the Shipping & Handling section of the site, you'll receive a full refund (less Shipping & Handling) for unopened merchandise in resalable condition that is returned within thirty days of the original invoice. Merchandise is not eligible for return after a period of thirty days from the original invoice. Opened or used merchandise cannot be returned. All warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturers of the products.
Payment Methods
We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Optima, or Email Gift Certificate. To use your gift certificate, add items you want to buy to your shopping cart. At checkout time, simply enter your gift certificate code in the appropriate box. If the amount of the gift certificate covers the cost of your order, you don't need to enter your credit card information. However, if the gift certificate amount doesn't cover your entire order, you will be required to pay the remaining balance by credit card.
