C.F. Martin Acoustic Guitar Martin Flexible Core FX 92/8 Phosphor Bronze .013 - .056, MFX-7505BrianAugust 18, 2009Bright, with more projection than the SPs. Easier to play than the SPs. The phosphur bronze seems a little warmer than the 80/20 to me, but all the flex core strings provide more projection and sustain than many other strings that I've tried. The tension seems well balanced between strings and the extra flexibility allows me to use 13's in place of 12's without taxing my carpal tunnel syndrome. Try em, you'll love em. |
