Adamas Century Classic strings are an excellent nylon string value available in plain end, clear treble sets with silver plated basses or ball end, black treble sets with gold basses. The clear trebles are made of high-density mono-filament nylon selected for a rich, mellow sound. The silver plated basses are manufactured with silver-plated copper wire wrapped onto a multi-filament nylon core. Black trebles produce a more pure treble sound with the highest overtones. Gold basses utilize a bronze wrap wire on a nylon-strand core.
